Carden Park Hotel, Golf Resort And Spa - Tilston

The room was compact and well-maintained, included large bathroom. Its FAB, remote location was a plus. We didn't want to leave and would definitely go again, appreciated the hotel.

Incredible location, in the middle of Chester.

The hot stone massage was just 💖 amazing! The double room was spacious and had lovely garden views. breakfast options were kinda limited.

Good sized room, massive bed, massive bath. Great food and service in the main restaurant. Particularly liked the masses of comfy armchairs and sofas in the reception and bar area and the variety of newspapers that were freely available. Was impressed with the spa and the hairdressers.

The pool was rather busy with children on the Saturday morning so avoid it at this time if you want a quiet, relaxed lane swim. Also, not many complimentary toiletries in the room (a small 2-in1 shampoo conditioner, a shower gel and a soap) so make sure you take your own but good quality nonetheless (Gilchrist & Soames).

Everything was excellent, incredible staff, exceptional views to the front gardens. The restaurant here was magnificent for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes. Walk in shower in the jacuzzi bathroom was a plus. The location was stunning and fab, for example, a Stretton watermill was relatively close to the hotel. It was located in a fairly nice area.

The room was very hot in the night

The spacious double room had a lovely balcony with views across the gardens, fine. We particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage in the spa and the relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.

We stayed at Carden Park because my brothers wedding was held there.The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The food at the wedding was excellent as were the decorations.

Accomodation and facilities make the hotel very versatile. we stayed in the Courtyard which gave a 'chalet' feel to the trip rather than a 'hotel room' feel. The fridge in the room was fantastic for snacks for the childrena and the odd bottle of wine which we had with room service after a long day out and about. The main hotel offered 2 options to eat in the evening - both reasonable for what you got.

The on site activities at Muddy Good Fun were really expensive..unique and very handy but expensive

Had an amazing meal at the lovely restaurant, the lady with blonde hair was superb. After that, we enjoyed the spa facilities which were very clean and relaxing, no kids around so it was total peace.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the quality you get.

I was dissapointed not to be staying in the main builing as I requested. The breakfast was spoilt by the amount of dirty used breakfast dishes that were not cleared away. I felt that there was enough staff, however they were not engaged in the right activities.

Everything is just right here: friendly reception, high-quality rooms with lots of space and a beautiful bathroom, very comfortable beds, top clean, fitness and spa area leaves nothing to be desired, high-quality cuisine, many games and sports facilities, nothing cullis-like, everything authentic, beautiful park

I enjoyed the fine views from the hotel, showcasing the beautiful gardens and landscape. The spacious and clean common areas were easily accessible.

More comfortable seating in lounge areas would be appreciated.
